Senior BPR Analyst
Requirement:
- Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to elicit and document business processes, requirements, rules, and data
- Conduct rapid improvement sessions with stakeholders, identifying gaps and opportunities for future efficiencies and process improvements
- Analyze current state processes and align to future state system capabilities
- Educate business users on new business policies, processes, and procedures
- Create, monitor, measure, and provide feedback on process performance
- Work in close coordination with Business Transformation, Functional and OCM teams
- Support the development of contractual deliverables associated with the BPR effort, including reports and presentations delivered to program leadership
Qualifications:
- Ability to undergo a background investigation
- Bachelor’s degree and/or additional related experience in lieu of degree
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Microsoft Suite Expertise including Visio and Project
- Ability to assess the current state of an organization and its components
- Ability to define the direction and strategy for business process redesign while ensuring organizational needs are being addressed
- Experience in finance or accounting
- Experience in organizational design, preferred
- Experience supporting Oracle Cloud or EBS, preferred
- Preferred Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
- Required:

- 3 years or more of experience supporting Oracle Cloud, EBS, or other COTS implementation projects
- 3 or more years of experience in change management
- 3 or more years of experience in local, state, or federal sector work environments
